Who we are

We are a small, family run business, lovingly cared for by my partner and me. This property is not linked to any other company or brand it is personal to us, shaped by decades of stewardship, intention, and respect for the land. We maintain and manage the property ourselves, putting our heart and soul into every detail so it continues to feel welcoming, grounded, and alive.

Built in the late 1970s, the property sits within a rare and deeply significant subtropical landscape, nestled between protected native forest and coastal reserve. This land is jointly cared for by the local Bundjalung people (Arakwal) and NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, and we acknowledge the ongoing custodianship and cultural importance of this place. Living and hosting here comes with responsibility, and we are committed to honoring the land, its history, and its future.

We welcome guests who value care, presence, and respect people who will treat this home as they would their own. Families are warmly welcomed, and we hope our spaces offer room to slow down, reconnect, and simply be together. This is a place to take a genuine break from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings: ocean air, native forest, dolphins offshore, koalas in the trees, and the quiet grounding of ancient land.

While your stay is designed to feel peaceful and private, we are always on call and available should you need anything during your time here. Whether it’s help with the property, local knowledge, or simple reassurance, we’re close by and happy to assist. Our wish is that every guest leaves feeling restored, connected, and grateful for the experience of spending time in such a special place.
